Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager

We're partnering with a growing financial technology company seeking a Strategic Sourcing \& Procurement Manager to lead technology and SaaS sourcing, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement program development.

Requirements:

• 5\+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience sourcing

technology, SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services.

• Proven success negotiating commercial contracts and delivering measurable cost savings.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, pricing models, and supplier management.
• Experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, and procurement reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Drive cost savings through competitive sourcing, vendor consolidation, and contract optimization.
• Develop and improve procurement policies, processes, and approval workflows.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, contract renewals, and commercial obligations.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Information Security, and business leaders to support procurement decisions and mitigate vendor risk.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Experience building or transforming procurement programs.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management and contract lifecycle management tools.
• CPSM or related procurement certification.
