Senior Financial Analyst

Role is entirely remote

• Lead consolidation and validation of financial results across entities.

• Review and report monthly financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

• Prepare monthly adjusted EBITDA calculations and supporting add-back schedules.

• Reconcile adjusted EBITDA to GAAP results and maintain consistent documentation.

• Prepare board-level reporting packages, including financial statements \& KPIs.

• Support private equity reporting, including covenant schedules \& compliance certificates.

• Partner with Revenue Cycle to analyze revenue \& contractual adjustments

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks.

• Prepare and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast and variance analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• 5\+ years in FP\&A, reporting, analytics, or a blended accounting/analysis role.

• Background in a healthcare services or sponsor-backed environment desirable
