Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Developer Infrastructure \& Productivity to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead complex technical programs that improve developer infrastructure and productivity across the organization. You will partner closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, strong roadmaps, and measurable execution. The position calls for someone who can influence technical direction, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive reliable delivery across systems, capacity, networking, and storage initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $204,300 – $266,725 annually

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business objectives and customer needs to define long-term strategies and roadmaps
  • Translate business objectives into prioritized technical systems problems
  • Define systems programs and create actionable plans for implementation
  • Influence engineers and architects using technical understanding of systems
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of technical programs, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Oversee complex dependencies and projects across the company

Qualifications

  • 8\+ years of experience in software teams as a Development Manager or Technical Program Manager (TPM)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into technical programs
  • Technical understanding of systems, including storage, networking, and capacity management
  • Proven experience in defining and managing end-to-end complex technical programs
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
