FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an analytical, curious, and tech-oriented

Junior FP\&A Analyst

to join our team in a role that combines data, financial analysis, and close collaboration with business teams and senior management

Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, and assist in implementing financial and technological tools
• Work with large datasets and generate insights
• Build and manage Excel files and ongoing reports
• Work with BI tools and build dashboards
• Improve processes and develop automated solutions (including the use of AI tools)
• Collaborate closely with finance teams and senior management
• Work with Finance teams in the US

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Finance / Data Analytics
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, working with data)
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
• Technological orientation and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High level of English
• Experience with Power BI / Power Query - Advantage
• Experience working with complex datasets - Advantage
• Basic familiarity with FP\&A concepts - Advantage

Work environment:

Hybrid and flexible work model (combination of remote work and office)

Offices located in Ra’anana, Tel Aviv, and Rishon LeZion
