Job Description
Our client is seeking a
Contract Call Tracking \& Attribution Specialist
to help clean up and standardize their call tracking ecosystem. In this role, you’ll partner with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to assess the current state, design a scalable taxonomy, and execute a full cleanup to support accurate, reliable reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Audit the current inventory of tracking phone numbers, labels, and account/sub‑account structures
- Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to understand the original intent behind existing labels and identify gaps or inconsistencies
- Define attribution priorities and required dimensions (e.g., service line, market/state, campaign, channel, ad group, landing page)
- Design and implement a standardized naming convention and scalable account structure
- Document the new taxonomy with clear rules, examples, and governance guidelines
- Apply updated labels, tags, and account assignments across all existing numbers
- Validate changes with stakeholders and reporting teams to ensure attribution flows correctly into BI and call center reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 3\+ years of hands‑on experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail, Invoca, DialogTech, CallTrackingMetrics, Marchex, or similar)
- Proven experience building or overhauling marketing taxonomies and naming conventions
- Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing attribution (paid search, paid social, display, organic, direct mail)
- Ability to turn complex, unstructured inputs into clean, scalable systems
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including discovery and recommendation presentations
- Highly detail‑oriented with excellent documentation practices
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multi‑location or multi‑service‑line businesses (home services, franchise, healthcare, etc.)
- Familiarity with Five9 or similar contact center platforms
- Experience integrating call tracking data into BI tools (Power BI preferred; Looker or Tableau a plus)
- Background working with paid media agencies or in‑house performance marketing teams
The hourly range for this position is
W2 $25-32\.50/hr DOE.
