We're partnering with a highly respected

hospital in Brooklyn

to identify an experienced

Laboratory Operations Manager

to lead a dynamic clinical laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee the daily operations of the clinical laboratory

🔹 Ensure compliance with NYS DOH, CLIA, CAP, and regulatory standards

🔹 Lead quality assurance, quality control, and proficiency testing initiatives

🔹 Manage laboratory staff, training, competency assessments, and performance

🔹 Develop and maintain laboratory policies, procedures, and SOPs

🔹 Monitor turnaround times, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement

🔹 Collaborate with physicians, hospital leadership, and laboratory vendors

Qualifications:

✔ NYS Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) License required

✔ NYS Department of Health Certification of Qualification (multiple specialties preferred)

✔ Minimum of 5 years of laboratory leadership or supervisory experience

✔ Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, and quality management

✔ Bachelor's degree preferred
