Position Overview :
A.L.C. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven customer acquisition and digital growth initiatives for the brand’s ecommerce business.
This role will be responsible for managing paid digital channels, optimizing marketing performance, and identifying new opportunities to efficiently grow the brand’s online customer base. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of fashion and luxury digital marketing.
Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce \& Digital, this role will partner closely with ecommerce, creative, brand and merchandising teams to drive traffic, revenue, and brand awareness through strategic digital marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy \& Management
● Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, CTV
● Lead agency to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, traffic, and revenue growth.
● Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance.
Campaign Planning \& Execution
● Lead digital marketing campaigns in support of seasonal launches, product drops, and brand initiatives.
● Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and storytelling.
● Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance reporting.
Analytics \& Performance Optimization
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital channels.
● Provide regular reporting on key metrics including ROAS/MER, CAC, Spend to Sales, iROAS
● Identify insights and opportunities to optimize spend and improve performance.
Growth \& Channel Development
● Evaluate and test new marketing channels and platforms to expand reach and acquisition.
● Partner with agency partners and technology vendors to identify emerging opportunities in the digital landscape.
● Support initiatives that improve overall marketing efficiency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner with the Ecommerce team to align marketing initiatives with site merchandising and product launches.
● Work closely with the Creative team to ensure digital marketing assets meet performance and brand standards.
● Coordinate with Finance and leadership teams on budget planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
● 5–7\+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
● Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google.
● Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
● Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar.
● Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
● Incrementality experience is a plus.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
