We are searching for a hardworking team player eager to learn and grow. Our Carpenters are the backbone of our operation, ensuring our restaurants run smoothly. This position is responsible for performing physical and skilled work and labor related to the construction and repair of building framework and construction.

Carpenter Pay and Benefits:

• Up to $25 per hour, based on experience

Carpenter Duties \& Responsibilities

• Completes shop projects and constructs building frameworks, including walls, doors and doorframes, using various types of Carpentry Shop equipment.
• Erects, levels and installs building framework with the aid of rigging hardware.
• Installs structures and fixtures.
• Ensures the Carpentry Shop is properly cleaned after jobs are completed, including packing all materials and tools and disposing of trash.

Carpenter Qualifications.

• Three years’ experience working in the carpentry trade.
• Ability to read shop drawings.
• Ability to safely operate all Carpentry Shop equipment.
• Ability to measure, cut and shape wood and other applicable materials.
• Knowledgeable regarding lumber grades and materials.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently as necessary.
• Possess a valid driver license for the state in which employed.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, and overtime as needed.

Essential Physical Job Functions (with Or Without Reasonable Accommodation)

• Requires good physical dexterity. Position will reach, kneel, stoop, bend, and rotate trunk.
• Requires good manual dexterity. Position will use common hand and power tools including screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, air compressors, nail guns, table saws, grinders, drills and other tools related to carpentry.
• Requires the ability to erect and climb portable ladders, climb through roof hatches on fixed ladders, and work on roof tops.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
