Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, or other materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work with precision.
• Execute concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks as needed.
• Conduct restoration projects including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation.
• Assist with fabrication of custom fixtures or components using woodworking or CNC machinery.
• Support construction site activities such as heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or related fields.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and schematics reading.
• Strong background in construction site experience including roofing, siding installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical experience.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with concrete forming, plastering, rebar installation, plumbing, masonry work, and metal stud framing is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites.
• Restoration industry experience including water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus.
