Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role based in Richland, WA. The CTO will lead and oversee all technological strategies, operations, and software development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing software architecture projects, steering IT strategies, guiding product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. Additionally, the CTO will ensure the alignment of all technology systems with the company’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Strong experience in IT Strategy and Architectural design
• Proficiency in Project Management and leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and inspire technical teams effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus
