Role: Chief Manager - Brand Marketing

This position is for a resource in Channel Marketing team. The role requires to support the sales partners with all marketing collaterals and drive usage of our in-house sales app. Understands customer facing / sales apps and has worked to drive usage of the app will be preferred
Key responsibilities:
•APP enablement: responsible for driving adoption and engagement for the in – house sales app by planning various branch activities \& collaterals to create awareness, make agents and employees understand the benefit \& usage of the app. Will be responsible for achieving the adoption target
•Creative Agency Management: work with external creative agency partners in briefing, giving feedback and executing communication creatives
•Operational Skills: well versed in using AI tools for ideation and designing. Understands the guardrails of life insurance and uses that knowledge while developing communication. Has worked with Compliance and knows the Compliance processes, filing of creatives for release
•Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to support them with marketing material proactively. Also be able to work closely with Product, Compliance and other support functions
•Market Research: go to branches on regular basis for the app adoption, understand sales requirements, do consumer research and competition analysis to identify opportunities
Education \& Skills:
•Experience in BFSI / LI industry specifically will be preferred
•A master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with partners and internal teams
