Accountabilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize complex enterprise systems, including legacy and mainframe environments
- Support customer onboarding, implementation processes, and post-deployment issue resolution
- Identify root causes of technical issues and document findings with clarity and precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Apply large language models and prompt engineering techniques to solve real-world system challenges
- Navigate logs, services, and operational runbooks to support system environments effectively
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders, ensuring successful solution adoption
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex systems
- Experience working with enterprise B2B software environments and debugging technical issues
- Ability to read and understand code (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages)
- Familiarity with Linux environments, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and basic networking concepts
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering techniques
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Nice to have: experience with legacy technologies (e.g., COBOL), graph databases, AI workflows, or regulated industries
