Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support and administer company salary and pay programs aligned with the reward strategy.

They will provide guidance on compensation policies, assist with annual processes such as merit and bonus programs, and conduct job evaluations and market analysis.

Key responsibilities include advising leadership on compensation decisions, analyzing survey data, developing recommendations, and supporting program design and implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 0-4 years' experience, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), HR systems, and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Working conditions:

Some travel and possible overtime during peak periods.
