Job Summary

Serves as lead consultant ensuring alignment, buy-in, and coordination of stakeholders; drives development and implementation of business initiatives; develops business strategy; manages complex projects; leads change management; performs complex data analysis; participates in vendor management; monitors compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant business consulting experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or 13 or more years of equivalent professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations, analytics, or related business roles.
• A minimum of 4 years of leadership experience is required, including leading complex initiatives, programs, or cross‑functional teams.
• The role requires strong business and financial acumen, advanced applied and complex data analysis capabilities, and demonstrated expertise in leading organizational change initiatives. Candidates must possess excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with the ability to build, manage, and influence relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced project management experience is required, including risk assessment, service orientation, and strong requirements analysis capabilities. The individual is expected to demonstrate creativity and strong problem‑solving skills when working in complex, ambiguous business environments.
• Advanced English level
