Business Analyst

We're looking for a Strong Business Analyst with specific domain expertise

• We need someone who understands
• 1\. FixedIncome Instruments
• 2\. Valuations (PV, Risk)
• 3\. Market Risk, Credit Risk for FI instruments
• Technical skills such as SQL/Scripting will be added advantage
• Understanding of Treasury business. Specifically - trading and risk management
• Business analysis and solution design for trading or pricing platforms supporting full Fixed Income product set (Rates and Credit Bonds, Repos, Swaps, Listed and OTC Derivatives)
• Comfort with explaining, discussing and documenting business process to both stakeholders from other asset classes and project developers.
• Experience identifying and documenting requirements and subsequent solution design for intra-departmental technology platforms which Markets Treasury IT use.
• Experience supporting project delivery in a complex, joint-venture style programme structure
• Experience relationship managing senior Front Office stakeholders on a regular basis
• Strategic thinker, comfortable developing future state high-level Business and Technology Architectures
• Experience working in a global, matrix environment with remote development teams
• Highly literate, with the ability to distil complex business concepts into simple language
• Comfortable operating in both agile and waterfall environments (and variations between)
• Highly articulate, with excellent communication skills
• Self-starter, with a desire to own a problem until successful solution is found
• Flexible and pragmatic attitude to problem solving
• Focused on working with colleagues to deliver effective, business-focused solutions
