Large language models have unlocked the ability to solve many contract negotiation problems at scale. Our product is best-in-market (we have an 85%\+ h2h trial win rate) and used by some of the leading companies in the world.

Position Overview:

We're looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us book demos and generate new business. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with relevant sales internship experience or someone with 1 year of SDR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

Identify, research, and qualify potential clients, focusing on expanding our reach in the legal tech and enterprise sectors.

  • Prospecting:

Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and other channels to build a solid sales pipeline for the Account Executives.

  • Initial Engagement:

Conduct discovery conversations to understand the needs of potential clients and convey the value of Ivo’s product in solving their challenges.

  • Collaboration \& Coordination:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a consistent message.

  • Market Insight Gathering:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to effectively position Ivo’s product.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recent graduate or 1 year of work experience as an SDR/BDR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in reaching out to prospects and initiating meaningful conversations.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the desire to grow in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in technology, AI, and the legal tech space.

Is this a chill gig?

Startups are very hard, especially if they’re growing fast. You’ll have a ton of responsibility, and there’s always an enormous amount of stuff to do. It’s hard work but the payoff is uncapped.

Can I work remotely?

We require candidates to work with us in-person 5 days a week in our San Francisco office

Compensation:

The USD salary range for this role is $90K-$100 OTE.
