Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and self-directed Recruiting Consultant (Remote, 1099) to support our continued growth. This role is best suited for individuals who are confident in their communication, consistent in their execution, and motivated by performance-based outcomes.

In this position, you will take ownership of identifying and engaging high-potential candidates while playing a key role in expanding a high-performance team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through outreach and networking strategies
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews
• Clearly communicate role expectations and organizational values
• Guide candidates through a structured onboarding process
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
• Track outreach activity and performance metrics independently

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of personal accountability
• Consistent work ethic and ability to follow through on daily activity goals
• Financially motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred but not required

Compensation \& Structure

• Independent Contractor (1099) position
• Performance-based compensation (commission and bonus opportunities)
