The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join Oliver Wyman’s global creative team in Mexico City.

This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career designers who want to build strong foundations while working on meaningful, high-visibility projects. You’ll help create polished visual content across presentations, social media, internal communications, events, and campaigns — supporting teams around the world.

You’ll collaborate with experienced designers, learn how design supports business communication, and grow your skills across multiple formats and platforms.

We’re especially excited to meet people who are curious about the future of design, including how AI and emerging creative tools can support better, smarter workflows.

What You’ll Work On

  • Design assets across digital and print
  • Create clear and visually engaging layouts, graphics, and infographics
  • Support the development of templates and reusable design systems
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
  • Prepare files for publishing or production
  • Learn and grow through feedback, collaboration, and hands-on experience

What We’re Looking For

  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, visual thinking, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Interest in branding, storytelling, and visual communication
  • Curiosity about AI tools and new ways of working creatively
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn

Why Join Oliver Wyman?

This is a chance to start your career in a global, fast-moving creative environment where your work will have real visibility and impact.

You’ll gain exposure to international teams, different types of design work, and opportunities to continuously build your skills. We actively support learning and development, whether that’s improving your design fundamentals, exploring motion graphics, or learning how AI can enhance creative workflows responsibly.
