Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience recruiting IT and Cybersecurity professionals. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and management-level positions while partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Security positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
- Manage offers, onboarding, and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- 5\+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
- Strong experience recruiting IT and/or Cybersecurity professionals.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internet sourcing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred:
Enterprise recruiting experience, HR certification, and knowledge of employment laws.
