About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to lead HR operations and strategy for a dynamic industrial environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent development to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR and administrative management to meet organizational goals within a fair and compliant working environment.
- Lead processes and tools to attract, retain, and motivate talent aligned with corporate policies.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance reviews.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, data security, and compliance with local legislation.
- Manage recruitment for managers, technicians, and supervisors, including onboarding and induction.
- Develop and implement training plans, compensation strategies, and benefits policies.
- Maintain strong industrial relations and act as a liaison between management, employee representatives, and employees.
- Drive internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and labor costs.
- Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices.
- Support health, safety, and work condition improvements in collaboration with HSE teams.
- Lead HR team members, set objectives, and plan departmental needs.
Special Projects (Greenfield Sites):
- Establish HR processes and procedures for new plant setups.
- Recruit key operational roles and oversee technical training programs.
- Build a culture of motivation, discipline, and industrial harmony.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local labor legislation.
- 5–7 years of HR experience
, including generalist responsibilities.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, training, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing context.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
