What we are looking for:
We are seeking a
Senior SEO Specialist
to lead and execute Quikaid’s organic search strategy across both traditional search engineers and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and strategic sides of SEO and how search behavior is evolving through AI-powered search, large language models (LLMs), and answer-based discovery platform systems. You will play a key role in improving Quikaid’s visibility across Google search results, featured snippets, and AI-generated search experiences while driving organic traffic, search rankings, brand visibility, and lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities
:
- Lead and manage Quikaid’s overall SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, local SEO, and organic search growth initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent research to identify opportunities for increased traffic, improved rankings, and content development.
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema markup, and other technical SEO elements to improve site performance and search visibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve visibility across featured snippets, People Also Ask results, zero-click searches, and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
- Structure and optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms, including conversational and answer-based search environments.
- Partner with marketing and development teams to support SEO initiatives, website enhancements, campaigns, landing pages, and new digital projects.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics including rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead quality using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
- Stay current on search trends, algorithm updates, AI-driven search developments, and evolving SEO best practices while ensuring all initiatives align with company standards and compliance requirements.
The salary range for this position is
$80,000 - $110,000
,
with annual performance-based raises and benefits. Starting pay is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. During the Orientation Period, the role will be fully in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the Orientation Period, employees will transition to a
hybrid schedule
of three days in the office and two days working from home. Additional details about schedule flexibility and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 6–10\+ years of experience in SEO, organic search strategy, or digital marketing, with proven success managing SEO initiatives for large websites, multi-page environments, or high-growth brands.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices, including crawlability, indexing, site structure, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site migrations.
- Experience with keyword research, search intent optimization, content strategy, and improving visibility across featured snippets, rich results, and other SERP features.
- Familiarity with AI-driven search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), large language models (LLMs), and evolving search trends is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, development, and leadership teams.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals, programmatic SEO, scalable content systems, or AI-assisted content workflows is preferred.
- Experience working in a highly regulated or compliance-sensitive industry is preferred.

Additional Information:
- We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible but can be flexible on the start date for the right candidate.
- The interview process includes in-office interviews with 2-3 members of our leadership team (45 minutes each) as well as a brief online aptitude test.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug test prior to beginning their employment.
