The role involves delivering high-quality healthcare within the clinic's scope, ensuring patient satisfaction and building relationships with patients, staff, and the healthcare community.
Key responsibilities include providing excellent medical care, participating in quality assurance, maintaining a safe environment, managing clinic operations, inventory, and supplies, and supporting community outreach and promotional activities. The role requires adherence to HIPAA and company policies, ongoing education, and clinic coverage as needed.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant degree, active licensure and certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience.
