Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in RTL's marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing \& PR, you will collaborate closely with our brokerage teams to elevate the RTL brand and support continued company growth.

Core Responsibilities

CRM \& Email Marketing

• Coordinate and execute daily broker and tenant email campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports to brokers, including key engagement metrics, open rates, and analytics insights.
• Grow and maintain RTL's CRM database through ongoing contact research, data enrichment, and audience segmentation.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Apollo, and other platforms to identify and add qualified contacts, including tenants, landlords, brokers, and industry professionals, to the database.
• Build and refine contact lists, user groups, and targeted marketing audiences within HubSpot to improve campaign precision.
• Conduct regular database audits to update contact information, remove outdated records, and ensure overall data accuracy.

Digital \& Content Marketing

• Maintain and update RTL's website, including new property listings, broker-requested revisions, and ensuring all content reflects current availabilities and branding standards.
• Partner with the graphic design team to ensure all materials meet brand standards and accurately reflect current property availabilities.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, quarterly newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Canvass New York City neighborhoods and retail corridors to capture photography and content for RTL's marketing and social media platforms.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to senior leadership and the marketing team.
