Job Description

Are you a proactive and people-focused Transformation Analyst with experience in Process Improvement and Gathering Requirements?

Do you have experience in confidently moving initiatives forward, building credibility with stakeholders and helping establish structure and momentum within a developing transformation environment?

I am working with Housing Association who are recruiting for 2x Transformation Analysts to join a growing Service Excellence and Innovation team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys being close to the business, driving meaningful change and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working.

The role sits at the intersection of process improvement, business change and transformation delivery. This role will suit someone who is equally comfortable facilitating workshops, mapping processes and gathering requirements as they are supporting communication, adoption and benefits realisation across the organisation.

You will be working closely with operational teams and stakeholders at all levels, you’ll act as the eyes and ears of the business, understanding pain points, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping shape practical, user-centred solutions.

You’ll lead workshops to map current and future business processes, translate operational needs into clear technical requirements and support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives from discovery through to go-live and embedding.

Alongside this, you’ll play an important role in supporting change management activity, ensuring colleagues understand what’s changing, why it matters and how new systems or processes will improve the way they work.

You’ll ideally have experience supporting reasonably sized change programmes involving systems, people and cultural change, along with strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to challenge constructively are essential.

Experience supporting adoption of new systems, continuous improvement initiatives or identifying opportunities for automation and innovation would be highly beneficial.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation investing in technology, data and service improvement, where you’ll have the chance to influence change, improve customer outcomes and help shape how transformation is delivered across the business.

The salary is circa £48,000 depending on experience with some great benefits.

It is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in their office based on the outskirts of Slough.
