GTM Systems and Integrations Senior Manager

Role Overview
We are hiring a GTM Systems and Integrations Senior Manager to own and evolve the systems that power our quote-to-cash and go-to-market operations. This role will lead administration and optimization of Salesforce, including contract lifecycle management, while also serving as the primary owner for integration design and reliability across Salesforce, HubSpot, MuleSoft, and NetSuite.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable improving day-to-day business workflows and designing durable system architecture. The right candidate will combine strong Salesforce expertise with deep integration experience and a practical understanding of how GTM, finance, and operations teams work together.
What You Will Do* Own the strategy, administration, architecture, and continuous evolution of Salesforce as the core GTM platform, with deep ownership across CPQ, contract lifecycle management (CLM), quoting, forecasting, territory management, approvals, and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
- Serve as the internal expert and thought leader for Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, automation strategy, platform governance, security, permissions, reporting, performance optimization, and long-term scalability.
- Lead the design, enhancement, and operational excellence of integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, MuleSoft, NetSuite, enterprise AI platforms like Glean and adjacent GTM technologies, while directing external implementation partners and third-party contractors.
- Architect and scale modern integration frameworks leveraging REST APIs, middleware orchestration, event-driven architecture, data transformation, observability, and resilient error-handling patterns to support reliable and secure business operations.
- Own and expand the GTM data ecosystem by integrating and optimizing data enrichment and intent platforms (e.g. 6sense, Apollo, and similar solutions) to improve lead quality, account intelligence, segmentation, pipeline generation, and commercial insights.
- Establish modern DevOps and CI/CD practices for business systems, including Git/Bitbucket-based source control, release automation, deployment governance, environment management, and automated testing frameworks to accelerate delivery and reduce operational risk.
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, Engineering, and IT to translate business priorities into scalable system and integration solutions.
- Drive transformation across the commercial lifecycle spanning Lead-to-Opportunity, CPQ, order forms, sales orders, billing, ERP integrations, and downstream financial processes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, data quality, user experience, operational efficiency, adoption, and platform scalability.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of integration failures and data inconsistencies through root cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and durable remediation strategies.
- Define and institutionalize best practices across change management, release management, testing, documentation, governance, and user enablement.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, shaping the roadmap for GTM systems, integration architecture, AI enablement, and operational capabilities that support company growth and execution.
What You Will Bring* 6\+ years of experience leading and scaling GTM Systems, Business Systems, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Commercial Systems environments in high-growth or complex operating environments.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, solution architecture, and platform governance, with strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), contract lifecycle management (CLM), forecasting, approvals, territory management, and revenue operations workflows.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade integration architectures using MuleSoft, with strong understanding of API-led connectivity, middleware orchestration, event-driven integration patterns, and system resiliency.
- Demonstrated success integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing, and GTM platforms, including hands-on experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, data enrichment platforms (e.g., 6sense, Apollo), and adjacent business applications.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM systems architecture, including Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, Order Management, Billing, Revenue, Customer Lifecycle, and ERP financial processes.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled development and operational workflows, including leveraging tools such as Cursor, Claude, copilots, and intelligent automation capabilities to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery, and enhance system operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and business-impacting technical solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor leadership skills, with experience influencing across Sales, Finance, RevOps, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, and executive leadership teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic architecture decisions with hands-on execution and delivery.
Preferred Qualifications* Experience supporting SaaS go-to-market operations in a high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce contract lifecycle management, including agreement generation, approvals, and broader contract-related workflows.
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding for sales, finance, and operational leadership.
- Experience working with additional GTM tools such as DocuSign, Jira,ZoomInfo, Salesloft, NetSuite, ChurnZero, Apollo.io, or related revenue systems.
