Akkodis is seeking a

Scrum Master

for a

Contract

with a client in

Mount Laurel, NJ.

The ideal candidate will lead key Scrum events, proactively resolve blockers, and partner with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized backlog and predictable delivery flow.

Rate Range:

$53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Scrum Master Job Responsibilities Include

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams follow Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Remove impediments proactively to maintain sprint flow and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a well‑groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and sprint health.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders in a scaled Agile environment, ensuring alignment and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 10\+ years overall experience with a minimum of 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong expertise in BFSI domain with experience managing delivery in regulated financial environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional Agile teams, ensuring compliance with security, governance, and enterprise‑level processes.

Pay Details:

$53\.00 to $56\.00 per hour
