Job Description

We’re looking for a

detail‑driven, creative, AI‑savvy Senior Client Services Coordinator

who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. If you love blending marketing, tech, design, and client service — and you’re excited to work with a team that values innovation and fresh ideas — this role is for you.

You’ll be the go‑to partner for brokers and clients, helping drive deals forward, elevate the brand, and bring modern, tech‑enabled solutions to the commercial real estate space.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, keeping communication clear and fast
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple active deals
  • Support transactions from listing to close, including documentation and invoicing
  • Create high‑impact marketing materials — proposals, pitch decks, flyers, OMs, tour books, presentations
  • Build and execute digital marketing campaigns using CRM and automation tools
  • Maintain dashboards, track pipeline activity, and manage Smartsheet reporting
  • Use mapping and site analysis tools to support location strategy
  • Compile market data and turn it into clean, client‑ready insights

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • 2–3\+ years in real estate, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • A collaborative, innovative mindset — comfortable experimenting with AI tools to work smarter
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience with CRM/marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, mapping tools, or analytics platforms is a plus
  • A self‑starter attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stay ahead of deadlines
