Territory: PA, NY, NJ, MA, VT, NH, ME, RI, CT, DE
Location: Remote (within territory and close to major airport)
Salary: $110,000 \+ Quarterly Commission
Travel: Up to 75%

We’re expanding our Commercial team and seeking a driven Account Executive to grow our strategic Cell/Tissue and Fluidics portfolio across the Northeast.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding WPI’s footprint across a high-impact territory. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll act as the trusted technical and commercial face of WPI in the field.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong scientific foundation, a hunter mindset, and the ability to build consultative, long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a strategic Northeast sales territory
- Drive new business while expanding existing accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Engage customers across academia, biotech, pharma, and government
- Identify customer needs and position WPI solutions effectively
- Deliver product demonstrations and leverage sales collateral
- Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and activity in Salesforce
- Monitor territory trends and provide insights to Sales \& Marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Distribution
- Represent WPI as a trusted, consultative partner in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Biotech, Healthcare preferred)
- Experience in scientific sales or hands-on experience as a research end user
- Strong technical aptitude and consultative communication skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 75%
- High integrity, urgency, and professionalism

Schedule \& Work Environment
- Full-time \| Monday–Friday \| 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Home-based office within the assigned territory
- Travel required up to 75%
