Description
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives across paid media, website management, social media, and campaign operations. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to help drive awareness, engagement, and campaign performance across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and ensuring consistency across the brand’s digital presence.### What You’ll Do
- Support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
- Own campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, QA, and performance monitoring.
- Manage day-to-day website updates, landing page coordination, and CMS maintenance.
- Support SEO best practices including metadata updates, keyword optimization, and website performance monitoring.
- Coordinate organic social media content creation, publishing, scheduling, content calendars, and community management support.
- Assist with email marketing campaign builds, audience segmentation, testing, and deployment.
- Compile campaign performance reports and help identify optimization opportunities across digital channels.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure assets, messaging, and deliverables are aligned and delivered on time.
- Help maintain organized campaign documentation, timelines, reporting, and workflows.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to support continued growth and innovation.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or campaign coordination.
- Familiarity with platforms including Hubspot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Webflow and social media management tools.
- Organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Client Services, or external partners.
- Understanding of comprehensive digital marketing best practices across paid, owned, and earned channels.
