About The Opportunity

A dynamic, fast-scaling health-tech consultancy operating at the intersection of digital health, consumer wellness, and B2B healthcare enablement, we’re on a mission to redefine how health brands grow, engage, and monetize in India’s evolving healthcare ecosystem. We partner with startups, clinics, and medtech innovators to scale their impact through data-driven, omnichannel growth strategies — combining performance marketing, product-led growth, and behavioral economics to drive acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale.

Role \& Responsibilities

  • Design and execute full-funnel growth campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels — focusing on customer lifecycle stages from awareness to conversion to retention.
  • Lead A/B testing of landing pages, email sequences, and ad creatives to optimize conversion rates and reduce CAC across health verticals (telemedicine, diagnostics, mental health, etc.).
  • Partner with product \& engineering teams to deploy growth experiments — including onboarding flows, referral mechanics, and feature adoption nudges.
  • Translate clinical or service offerings into compelling value propositions for targeted consumer segments using behavioral insights and market research.
  • Build and manage performance dashboards to track KPIs like LTV, CAC, retention rate, and channel ROI — translating data into tactical growth plays.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and CX teams to ensure brand consistency and conversion-focused user journeys across all touchpoints.

  • HubSpot / Mailchimp
  • A/B Testing (Optimizely, VWO)
  • UTM Tracking \& Attribution Modeling
  • CRM Analytics (Salesforce or similar)
  • Healthtech or Consumer Health Domain Knowledge
  • Preferred
  • Experience with Klaviyo or Braze for lifecycle marketing
  • Basic SQL for data querying and segmentation
  • Understanding of HIPAA/GDPR compliance in marketing contexts
