You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), training stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure programs are designed using evidence-based instructional practices and evaluated through robust performance metri

Minimum Require**

• have:A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or a related f
• ield.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or program evalua

• gies.Experience designing and developing training content aligned with learning objectives and organizational n
• eeds.Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Capti
