What You’ll Bring:

• Proven expertise in financial management, with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Strong leadership skills to manage, be influential and develop a high-performing finance team in many regions
• Experience working with Operations and Job Costing
• ASC 606 Experience
• Exceptional analytical abilities with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
• Ability to implement and improve financial processes and controls
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and with executive leadership
• Operational or Corporate Controller experience
• CPA is a Must
• De-centralized company experienc
• Project accounting revenue recognition

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with ERP systems and advanced financial software
• Knowledge of international financial regulations and compliance
• Large Public Company experience
• Private equity experience Preferred

Preferred Education \& Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including prior roles as a Controller or Finance Director in a multi-site organization or corporate environment

Salary:

• Salary: $200,000 - $250,000; Plus Bonus \& Equity
