Job Description
A four-week design systems project that sits at the intersection of brand craft and emerging technology. This global branding agency works across the full spectrum, from startups bringing new ideas to life through to established companies defending category leadership, meaning the systems you build here need to flex across fundamentally different brand contexts and ambitions.
The Role
You'll validate, refine, and extend a token-based design system built to support multiple brand identities across clients. The foundation is already established, but this isn't maintenance work - you're architecting scalable infrastructure that balances brand flexibility with LLM compatibility for next-generation workflows.
The challenge spans both design system architecture and its application across varying levels of visual complexity, from simple visual themes through to full expressions involving color, typography, and design attributes. You'll work closely with strategists, developers, and project managers to ensure design system decisions translate into production-ready outputs, with particular focus on enabling rapid progression from components to branded experiences and interactive prototypes.

The Person
A Senior Digital Designer with 7\+ years bringing brands to life digitally, currently at an agency or in-house, where you've launched websites, apps, and e-commerce projects.
You're Figma-proficient with a strong portfolio of case studies, experienced in responsive design, and comfortable collaborating with developers and strategists. You understand both visual storytelling and UX principles, with clean aesthetic sensibilities and attention to detail. Most importantly, you're ready for an opportunity where you originate ideas and own creative components of meaningful work.
