Job Description

We’re a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Tampa, FL operating in 15\+ states nationwide. We help homeowners navigate difficult situations by providing:

We’re hiring a Junior Acquisitions Manager to work directly with motivated sellers.

This is a performance-driven role with strong inbound lead flows, clear expectations, and significant earning potential for those who execute.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set Qualified Appointments from warm inbound leads daily and build your pipeline through consistent follow-up
  • Speak with motivated sellers and uncover real situations
  • Build relationships and give them a owners a direction for selling.
  • Collaborate with a Senior Acquisitions member to convert your appointments to real contracts.
  • Manage pipeline, track activity, and hit KPI's
  • Our Marketing team provides Warm Inbound Leads. During downtime, cold outbound dials to hit metrics.

This role requires consistent follow-up, strong communication, and daily execution.

Compensation:

Initial / Base if offered.

  • 5-10% of Gross Deal Profit, adjusted by base, if offered.

Expected Performance:

  • 3–5 deals/month → $4k-$8k/month
  • Year 1: $60-90k /year
  • Year 2: Promoted to Senior Acquisitions (OTE \= $100k-200k/yr)

Requirements

  • 2\+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Real estate experience is a plus, not required
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed
  • Ability to manage pipeline and follow up consistently

Experience

  • Sales: 2 years (Required)
