Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Change Analyst to work on Oracle transformation initiatives within a major retailer. This client is a £bn convenience retailer with stores in most major towns and cities across the USA, as well as internationally. This pivotal role involves guiding large-scale organizational change, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless adoption of an Oracle enterprise solution. This is change across Stock Management, Master Data, Sales Audit, Inventory Accounting and broader areas.
Responsibilities
- Help develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with Oracle transformation projects to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
- Support on input into the training strategy including the training needs analysis and role mapping exercises
- Collaborate closely with management consulting teams and enterprise solution specialists to design tailored process improvements and business analysis frameworks.
- Help design a communications strategy, using a variety of methods
- Collaborate with the Change Lead, Training Lead, client stakeholders and implementation partner
Experience
- Proven change management experience in ERP/ technology-driven initiatives within the retail industry or similar sectors.
- Tier 1 retail background is strongly preferred.
- Background in management consulting or business consulting roles, with a focus on enterprise solutions implementation.
- Demonstrated success contributing to large-scale organizational change management efforts involving multiple stakeholders; varied experience across change, training and communications is preferred
- Knowledge of the Oracle system, namely Oracle Retail; modules include REIM, RESA, MFCS and stock management-related areas
Pay: $85,000\.00 - $115,000\.00 per year
