Chemist – Nanocoatings
DFW 0n-site position
We’re looking for a hands-on chemist who’s interested in nanocoatings and surface technology to join our R\&D team. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world lab experience, work on innovative products, and learn from an experienced team in a fast-growing field.
What You’ll Do
- Help develop and improve
nanocoating formulations
- Run lab experiments to test and refine products
- Assist with adjusting formulations based on project or customer needs
- Track and report progress on your work to your supervisor
- Support production and scale-up when needed
- Keep organized and accurate lab notes and documentation
- Work with different teams to support product development and improvements
- Help prepare and update SDS and TDS documents
- Perform testing to ensure products meet performance standards
- Prepare and send samples for external testing

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry or a related field
- 2\+ years of industry experience, preferably in coatings, polymers, or surface technologies
- Strong hands-on experience in formulation development and product scaling
- Experience with nano-materials, coatings systems, or advanced surface treatments is highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work on-site and thrive in a collaborative environment
