• Good knowledge in fundamental principles of polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, and other basic chemical theories.
• Deep understanding of the mechanisms and synergistic effects of main coating components (resins, pigments/fillers, additives, solvents/water).
• Capability in formulation development and optimization.
• Ability to independently undertake new product R\&D projects, including formulation design, experiment planning, data analysis, and performance optimization.
• Full-process experience from laboratory-scale samples to pilot-scale scale-up and mass production introduction, with the ability to resolve technical issues during process scale up.
• Good communication skills in English and readiness to work in an international team.

• 愿意接受偶尔的出差或客户拜访。 Specific job responsibilities *具体工作内容: 1, Formula Development \& Optimization Design, test, and optimize new coating formulations to meet performance targets such as adhesion, and VOC limits. 2,New Raw Material Qualification Evaluate, test, and validate new or alternative raw materials from suppliers; establish technical standards and drive the implementation into formulations. 3,Scale-up \& Production Support Lead the scale-up process from lab to pilot and mass production; collaborate with production team to resolve process-related issues. 4,Cross-functional Problem Solving Work with sales, technical service, and other teams to analyze and resolve customer application issues or coating defects, and support complaint handling. 1\. 配方开发与优化。设计、测试并优化新涂料配方，以达到附着力、VOC限值等性能目标。 2\. 新原料认证。评估、测试并验证供应商提供的新原料或替代原料；建立技术标准并推动其应用于配方中。
• 放大生产支持。主导从实验室到中试及大规模生产的放大流程；与生产团队协作解决工艺相关问题。
• 跨部门问题解决。与销售、技术服务及其他团队合作，分析并解决客户应用问题或涂层缺陷，支持投诉处理。
