Overview
The Company is a fast-growing, PE-backed neuropathy treatment platform specializing in FDA-cleared Combination Electro-Analgesia Treatment (CET) for peripheral neuropathy. The organization operates 12\+ outpatient clinics in DFW and Houston, serves a predominantly Medicare patient population, and is backed by private equity with a defined growth and exit strategy.
The Company is entering its next phase of expansion and seeks a CEO to lead operations, culture, and strategic execution while maintaining clinical excellence and regulatory integrity.
Position Summary
The CEO will serve as the senior executive leader and face of the organization, responsible for scaling a multi-site healthcare platform while preserving patient outcomes, compliance, and culture.
This is not a full-time clinical role. The CEO will focus primarily on enterprise leadership, growth execution, and stakeholder management.
The role requires close partnership with the Board, private equity sponsors, and the CFO to achieve targeted EBITDA growth and prepare the Company for a successful exit within 18–24 months.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic \& Financial Leadership
- Own and execute the Company’s growth strategy, including de novo clinic expansion and selective acquisitions
- Drive performance toward EBITDA targets and enterprise value creation
- Partner with CFO to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital deployment
- Lead operational initiatives to balance rapid growth with margin discipline
Clinical \& Regulatory Oversight
- Serve as the executive leader, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and CET standards
- Act as the external representative to:
- Medicare and commercial payors
- Insurance boards and regulatory bodies
- Auditors and healthcare counsel
- Ensure continued excellence in compliance, billing integrity, and audit readiness
Operations \& Multi-Site Leadership
- Oversee a hub-and-spoke clinic model, with each location led by a physician and mid-level providers
- Partner with the Director of Operations and clinic leadership to:
- Optimize patient flow and staffing models
- Maintain consistency across locations
- Support new site launches (site selection, staffing, buildout, go-live)
- Spend time regularly across clinics (Dallas and Houston markets)
Culture \& Talent Leadership
- Preserve and strengthen the Company’s patient-first, outcomes-driven culture
- Lead and mentor physician leaders while maintaining clinical autonomy at the site level
- Champion strong bedside manner and patient experience across the organization
- Ensure alignment between corporate goals and frontline clinical teams
Board \& Investor Relations
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board and private equity partners
- Provide transparent reporting on growth, risks, and performance metrics
- Participate in exit planning, positioning, and diligence preparation
