Role Description
The Chief Hospital Administrator will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient delivery of clinical and non-clinical services while maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai includes managing departmental performance, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. The role involves collaborating closely with medical leadership, nursing, and support functions to coordinate staffing, budgeting, procurement, and infrastructure management. The Chief Hospital Administrator will monitor key performance indicators, lead quality improvement initiatives, and drive strategic projects that enhance service delivery and patient experience. The position also requires engaging with patients, families, and external stakeholders to strengthen community relationships and support the hospital’s growth and reputation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Hospital Management and Hospital Operations, including oversight of departments, processes, and compliance.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with clinical teams, support staff, patients, and external partners.
- Working knowledge of Medicine and healthcare delivery systems to support clinical decision-making and policy development.
- Proven leadership, people management, and change management capabilities in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and KPI-driven performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality and safety frameworks.
- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant bachelor’s degree with substantial experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Navi Mumbai and adapt to a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
