Chief Information & Digital Officer

Caldwell has been retained by Latham Group, the largest designer, manufacturer, and marketer of in-ground residential swimming pools in North America, Australia, and New Zealand, to lead the search for its next Chief Information \& Digital Officer.

Founded in 1956 and headquartered in Latham, NY, the company operates 30\+ manufacturing and distribution sites across three continents, with $546M in revenue and a leading position in every product category in which it competes.

Reporting to the CFO, the CIDO will:

• Lead and accelerate a multi-year ERP modernization program currently midway through implementation
• Build a more embedded, business-facing IT operating model across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance
• Define the company's emerging AI, data, and analytics agenda
• Integrate acquisitions (Coverstar Central, Freedom Pools) into the enterprise technology environment

Who we are looking for:

• 15\+ years of progressive technology leadership, at the VP, SVP, divisional CIO, or CIO level
• End-to-end technology leadership experience spanning infrastructure, enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), cybersecurity, data \& analytics, enterprise architecture, cloud, digital transformation, IT operations, PMO, and technology strategy, with accountability for both business enablement and operational execution.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, engineering, logistics, transportation, or other asset-intensive, operationally complex businesses, ideally with multi-site operations.
• A business-first communicator who leads with commercial context, not technical specification
