💡 What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Shape the Future of Technology

  • Develop and execute a

practical, results-driven IT strategy

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
  • Translate technology into real business and academic value

🤖 Lead AI \& Innovation

  • Establish governance and policies around AI use
  • Drive responsible and impactful AI adoption across academics and operations
  • Support faculty in integrating emerging technologies into the classroom

🤝 Manage Key Partnerships

  • Oversee outsourced IT vendors and managed service providers
  • Negotiate contracts, manage performance, and ensure accountability
  • Optimize cost, performance, and risk across all partners

📊 Drive Data \& Enrollment Strategy

  • Partner with enrollment leadership to improve recruitment and retention
  • Lead CRM strategy, data integration, and analytics initiatives
  • Build dashboards that support smarter decision-making

🔐 Own Cybersecurity \& Risk

  • Lead a proactive cybersecurity program with executive and board visibility
  • Ensure compliance with regulations like FERPA
  • Develop and communicate risk mitigation strategies

🖥️ Lead IT Operations \& Support

  • Oversee infrastructure, enterprise systems, and user support
  • Ensure reliable, secure, high-performing IT services
  • Stay involved in key operational decisions and escalations

🎓 Support Teaching \& Learning

  • Partner with faculty to enhance classroom and digital learning environments
  • Drive innovation in instructional technology

👥 Build \& Lead a High-Impact Team

  • Lead a lean, high-performing IT team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
  • 10\+ years of progressive IT leadership experience (nonprofit preferred)
  • Strong experience managing vendors and outsourced services

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree
  • Higher education experience
  • Experience with CRM and enrollment systems
