- $265,000 - $285,000 annual salary

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the Credit Union’s enterprise technology strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams across IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and software development.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve member experience, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability.
- Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance programs
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Manage IT budgets, technology vendors, and strategic partnerships.
- Champion Agile development practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technology leadership during critical incidents, system recovery efforts, and evolving regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive people leadership experience in IT, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
+ Master’s preferred
- Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of financial services technology, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated success in leading ADO, Agile development teams and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership presence.
