Chief Information Officer (CIO)

We've had an exclusive new role come in with one of my long term Dublin based clients who are looking for a new CIO role that would sit on their executive leadership team.

It's a high-growth software organisation who are an established market leader in their niche sector of the tech landscape. This person will be the driving force behind the next stage of their technology solution above a wider team of 20\+.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape and deliver a commercially driven technology strategy. Particularly focusing on advancing platforms, integrations, and AI capabilities.

Key Focus Areas

• Define and execute a multi‑year tech strategy aligned to growth
• Scale AI into real, production‑level solutions
• Enable complex enterprise client delivery
• Lead global teams across Engineering, Product, IT \& Security
• Strengthen execution, governance, and investment discipline

Your Profile

• Senior technology leader from SaaS, platform, or integration‑led environments
• Experience across innovation, operations, and cybersecurity
• Strong commercial judgement and enterprise client exposure
• Pragmatic, delivery‑focused, and credible at executive level

This is ideally a hybrid role in Dublin CC, but they can show a lot of remote flexibility if needs be for the right person.
