KI is looking for a forward thinking Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology from our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI. As a 100% employee owned company, we’re searching for a leader who sees technology as a strategic advantage—not just infrastructure.

In this role, you will shape KI’s technology vision, modernize legacy systems, and partner across the organization—including manufacturing—to ensure technology drives meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Set and communicate a clear, future focused technology vision.
• Build and execute a multi year IT roadmap that supports business growth.
• Lead modernization efforts, including ERP transformation from legacy platforms.
• Develop and empower a high performing IT leadership team.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, resilience planning, and IT governance.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and automation.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to understand technology needs and enhance business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related business field.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading ERP modernization and transformation.
• 10\+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5\+ years in management.
• Strength in IT governance, strategy, innovation, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead organizational change.
