Must Have Skills:

  • Executive-level advisory experience working directly with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CISOs, Boards of Directors, and Private Equity stakeholders
  • Proven track record of originating, closing, and expanding cybersecurity or professional services engagements with direct revenue responsibility
  • Strong ability to diagnose ambiguous business challenges and convert them into structured advisory engagements with measurable outcomes
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity governance, operating models, risk management, and organizational resilience
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining trusted executive relationships that evolve into long-term advisory partnerships

Responsibilities and Job Details:

  • Serve as a trusted executive advisor to client leadership teams on cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, and resilience initiatives
  • Build and manage executive relationships across client organizations, including C-suite leaders, boards, and investors
  • Identify, originate, and close new advisory opportunities through personal networks and business development activities
  • Expand existing client engagements into recurring advisory relationships and broader strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with business development, architecture, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Lead executive-level discussions that challenge assumptions and help clients define the right problems before pursuing solutions
  • Translate complex cybersecurity issues into business-focused recommendations tied to operational and financial outcomes
  • Convert early-stage client conversations into structured engagements with clearly defined objectives and value propositions
  • Maintain ownership of account growth, client satisfaction, and overall book of business performance
  • Stay closely aligned with engagement delivery teams to identify expansion opportunities and emerging client needs
  • Help clients mature cybersecurity operating models, governance structures, and risk management capabilities
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, creating clarity and actionable direction for executive stakeholders
