The Head of Product - Corporate Applications will establish and lead the Corporate Product function. This executive will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model for all enterprise platforms and internal business systems that power Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, IT Help Desk, and other corporate functions.

This leader will build a modern, value-driven product organization that transforms corporate applications from cost centers into strategic enablers of growth, efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and scalable operations. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership across Business Units, Technology, Data, Security, and executive stakeholders.

The Head of Product will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, establishing product governance, prioritization frameworks, funding models, and outcome measurement standards while driving near-term modernization and optimization initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

Product Strategy \& Vision

  • Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for corporate applications aligned to company strategy.
  • Shift enterprise systems from project-based delivery to product-based lifecycle management.
  • Establish clear product value propositions for internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, HR, Operations).
  • Develop measurable success criteria tied to business outcomes (e.g., cycle time reduction, automation rates, data accuracy, cost efficiency).

Product Operating Model

  • Build and institutionalize a product management framework including:
  • Product discovery and validation
  • Backlog governance and prioritization
  • Quarterly planning processes
  • Funding and investment models
  • Outcome measurement and value realization tracking
  • Stand up and lead a team of product managers and product owners.
  • Implement scalable intake and demand management processes.

Stakeholder \& Executive Engagement

  • Serve as the strategic interface between corporate business leaders and Technology.
  • Translate business strategy into prioritized product investments.
  • Facilitate executive-level prioritization discussions and trade-off decisions.
  • Communicate roadmap, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Technology \& Delivery Partnership
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Infrastructure leaders.
  • Ensure products are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Promote modern platforms (e.g., SaaS, cloud-native, API-driven integration, automation). Champion agile product delivery and iterative release models.

Data \& Digital Enablement

  • Embed data strategy into corporate platforms to enable reporting, analytics, and automation.
  • Drive workflow automation and AI-enabled use cases where appropriate.
  • Promote self-service and user experience improvements for internal customers.
  • Drive utilization of modern AI solutions for unstructured work such as Claude Cowork, Claude for Excel, and other capabilities

Governance \& Risk Management

  • Establish clear ownership models across platforms.
  • Ensure regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements are embedded in product design.
  • Manage vendor and third-party platform relationships where applicable.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • 12\+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including 5\+ years leading enterprise or corporate technology products.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience building or transforming a product organization within a mid-to-large enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as ERP, HRIS, CRM, FP\&A systems, workflow automation, and data platforms.
  • Proven ability to operate at executive level while driving operational execution.
  • Demonstrated success transitioning from project-based to product-based delivery models.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing investment portfolios.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience in technology-enabled services, fintech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses.
  • Experience leading digital transformation of corporate systems.
  • Background working in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
  • Experience integrating acquired businesses and systems.
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS ecosystems and enterprise integration architecture.
  • Exposure to automation, AI enablement, and data governance initiatives.
  • Strong change management experience in complex organizations.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$200,000\.00 - $350,000\.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
