We are looking for a Chief Technology \& AI Officer to lead one of the most ambitious technology transformations in the coaching sector. This is not a traditional CTO role. With almost 200 franchise partners and around 3,000 active clients, the vision is to create an AI-powered coaching intelligence ecosystem that helps partners deliver better insight, better accountability and better outcomes for thousands of business owners across the UK.

The role will own AI strategy, data architecture, platform selection, LMS, real-time KPI dashboards, conversation intelligence, governance, compliance and adoption across a national franchise network.

They are looking for a senior technology and AI leader who can create the roadmap. The destination is clear. The route is yours to define.

This could suit a CTO, CPO, VP Technology, Head of AI or AI Transformation leader who has taken AI beyond pilots and into real operational impact, ideally across SaaS, EdTech, professional services, franchising, learning platforms or distributed networks.

Key areas of focus will include:

• Building an AI-powered intelligence platform

• Developing a next-generation learning and development ecosystem for coaches

• Creating real-time KPI dashboards and network benchmarking

• Embedding AI across marketing, sales, coaching delivery, reporting and accountability

• Exploring conversation intelligence, consent frameworks and compliant data capture

• Turning collective network insight into a strategic advantage

• Leading adoption across a community of franchise partners

The successful candidate will sit on the executive team and report directly to the Board, owning the technology and AI strategy across the UK network.
