Role Description

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for ACHL pvt. ltd., ensuring alignment with the organization’s learning and institutional partnership goals. This full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur involves overseeing software and product development lifecycles, guiding architecture decisions, and implementing scalable solutions that support ACHL’s educational programs and platforms. The CTO will manage technology projects from concept to delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that IT systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining IT strategy, prioritizing technology investments, mentoring engineering and product teams, establishing development standards and best practices, and collaborating with leadership to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. The CTO will also stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance learning experiences, operational efficiency, and institutional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience leading end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions.
• Proven skills in IT Strategy and Architecture, including the ability to define long-term technology roadmaps and design scalable, secure system architectures.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, with a track record of planning, prioritizing, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary technology teams, fostering collaboration, and establishing engineering best practices.
• Advanced understanding of educational technology or learning platforms is highly beneficial; prior experience in the education, training, or enterprise SaaS sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners and institutional clients.
