We’re currently looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our Operations team in Fairfield, NJ or New York, NY. If you're ready to build and scale a next-generation operating platform within a high-growth advisory firm, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a senior leader, you will spearhead the buildout of DLA’s operational platform and technology-enabled service delivery model. Your day-to-day may include:

• Designing and implementing a scalable, modular platform to support finance, accounting, risk, and data-driven services
• Building a centralized data and intelligence ecosystem to enable analytics, benchmarking, and cross-client insights
• Driving automation across workflows to improve efficiency and shift toward exception-based delivery models
• Establishing a firm-wide data strategy to transform engagement data into structured, scalable intelligence
• Developing AI and advanced analytics capabilities to enhance reporting, insights, and decision-making
• Defining build vs. buy strategies across systems, tools, and platform infrastructure
• Creating integration frameworks across ERP systems, financial platforms, and cloud environments
• Partnering with leadership to productize services into scalable, repeatable offerings
• Building and leading high-performing teams across data, engineering, automation, and product functions
• Aligning operational and platform initiatives with firm strategy to drive growth, scalability, and margin expansion

What You’ll Bring

We know great leaders come from a variety of backgrounds. Some things we typically look for:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 15\+ years of experience in technology, platform, or operational leadership roles
• Proven experience building and scaling platforms, ecosystems, or technology-enabled service models
• Deep expertise in data architecture, analytics, and automation
• Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics solutions in business environments
• Background integrating ERP systems, financial platforms, and cloud-based technologies
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, accounting technology, or professional services environments is a plus
• Strong ability to translate strategy into operational execution and business outcomes
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams across product, data, and engineering
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
