Chief Technology Officer

An early stage consumer startup is looking for a Founding CTO or technical lead to help scale a mobile dating platform focused on real world connection and live events.

The product launched on the web in 2024 and recently expanded to a native mobile app. The team is now focused on accelerating product development and launching new AI features.

You would work closely with the founders and lead a small engineering team while helping shape the long term technical direction of the company.

Responsibilities

Lead development of a consumer mobile app

Work closely with founders on product and technical decisions

Collaborate with two engineers and an offshore team

Drive product iteration and scalability

Help oversee the build and integration of AI features

Compensation

$130K base plus equity with founding level ownership
